Ellie Thibideau

Ellie Thibideau is a sophomore at the University of Michigan studying Biology, Health and Society at LSA. She plans to follow up on her bachelor’s degree with a master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Ellie runs a book blog on Instagram where she writes reviews and recommendations, amassing a following of 2,000. She loves to read and write in her free time, hoping to one day publish works of her own. Ellie spends much of her time preparing for her future as a physician assistant by shadowing other physician assistants and volunteering at Michigan Medicine. As a Taiwanese American, Ellie also deeply cares about issues in the AAPI community. She loves to share her culture with others by utilizing food as a shared experience, an example of which being hotpot. She also loves immersing herself in other cultures by trying new foods.
