Alexandria Tsai is an aspiring psychology major from Naperville, Illinois. For the past two years, she has conducted independent psychological research and is interested in psychopathology, attraction, and social decision-making.
As a Taiwanese-American, Alexandria embraces her heritage through food. A boba lover since she was 7, she enjoys exploring the fusion between her American and Taiwanese identity through discovering Taiwanese eateries in the U.S.
Beyond academics, Alexandria is a digital artist with over 394 original pieces and enjoys rollerblading and social experiments. Inspired by her uncle, a fellow University of Michigan psychology graduate, she chose to become a Wolverine and continue the legacy.
Her favorite study companion while dissecting psychological phenomena is a cup of passionfruit green tea with boba. Alexandria hopes to foster greater recognition of Taiwan, one cup of boba at a time, as she pursues a long-term goal of becoming a licensed therapist in private practice.
