Jonathan Thompson

Jonathan Thompson is a sophomore at the University of Michigan currently pursuing a degree in chemistry. He has interests in the field of inorganic chemistry, as well as other subjects such as history and music. 

Jonathan is a member of the Michigan Marching Band, Basketball Band, and Trumpet Ensemble. He has played the trumpet for ten years, having been a member of the Grand Rapids Youth Symphony and Grand Rapids Community College Jazz Ensembles, in addition to marching, jazz, and concert bands throughout high school.

In the future, Jonathan will continue his education in chemistry, with aspirations of working in research. He also plans to continue his musicianship by participating in more bands throughout the rest of his life.
