Linus Wang, born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a first-year student at the University of Michigan studying Computer Science. With a White mother and a Taiwanese father, Linus grew up at the intersection between these two cultures. As a result, he has developed a deep desire to connect to both his cultures, which he finds easiest through food. 

Linus loves trying classic Taiwanese and American dishes, but loves cooking them even more. He finds experimenting with different recipes alongside his family a rewarding experience. Just like Computer Science, he loves finding innovative ways to problem solve and create when cooking.
