Riyah Alnsour is a freshman and is currently pursuing her degree at the University of Michigan. Riyah grew up a few minutes from the Ohio border and graduated from Maumee Valley Country Day School. Over the years, she has accumulated a myriad of experiences that have helped develop her personality and skill set to tackle issues. She cares deeply for others and is planning on pursuing a degree for a future in medicine. She has a keen interest in the field of Biology and hopes to take classes in Cellular and Developmental Biology.
When she is not studying or in the lab, Riyah can be found traversing the city of Ann Arbor. Riyah has developed a love for visiting museums and admiring history and culture. She delves into the historic cultural background and draws inspiration from connecting different facets to one another. As a lover of food, she is fond of trying new restaurants. She loves to meet with her friends in new cafes, coffee in hand with a delectable pastry, and soak up the environment. As she advances through life, she gathers the remnants of her experiences in all her activities and applies them for a perspectival shift on outside influences and works. It is with these skills that Riyah approaches her university experience as she prepares for her future classes and career.
