Andrea Grandisson

Andrea Grandisson is 18 years old and is currently studying Economics at the University of Michigan, a long way away from her home country of Bermuda. Before her travels to Michigan, Andrea was a student at the Taft School, a boarding school in Connecticut. It was through living in three different places where she learned her love of eating a range of different foods and the act of enjoying meals with others.  

When Andrea is not eating at as many restaurants as she can, she spends her time making crepes alongside her two sisters, ensuring that maple syrup is served with them to keep her Canadian roots strong. She uses knowledge from her grandmother to find the best crepe spot outside of Grandma Grandisson’s kitchen and rumor has it she is still looking. 

Looking ahead, Andrea is looking forward to graduating university and finding a job in London or New York and she hopes to run a marathon during her lifetime. She wishes to travel and eat in as many countries as she can, all while collecting dogs along the way.
