Blaise Ricciardi, an Illinois State Scholar, is an undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying economics with aspirations of a career in finance or banking. In his free time, Blaise enjoys discovering the best eats in Ann Arbor, playing pickup basketball, and going to the gym with his friends. Having spent most of his life in Albuquerque and Chicago, he has gained various perspectives on different cultures and cuisines. His favorite foods include Korean BBQ, sushi, pasta, and pho. At the moment, Blaise’s favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor are Tomukun, Frita Batidos, and Slurping Turtle. Moving forward, Blaise will continue to grow his expertise in the study of food and will be documenting parts of his journey.
