Chinwe Onwere is a current sophomore at UM studying biology at the University of Michigan. She adores all food (especially that of the sweet variety), and loves trying new cuisines and new restaurants! Some of her favorites in Ann Arbor include Sweetwaters, Slurping Turtle, and M36. When she can, she enjoys cooking as well, especially that of her Nigerian heritage such as stews and jollof rice. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, going out in nature, and reading. Chinwe is currently involved in Mu Epsilon Delta, research in a pulmonary lab, and hopes to take on a patient caretaker role in the winter semester. She is on the pre-med track and is interested in the effect of environmental issues on human health, and hopes to investigate it in the coming years.
