Overview 

The Job Tracking module can be used for shop floor or remote job Tracking using a barcode scanner or Touch screen.

Tracking jobs as a Team is supported. After starting the clock, you can easily increment and decrease the Team size as required.

The Jobs are displayed in the following format:

• Linked to Transactions: Code - Trans No - Start - Hours - Qty Complete/Spoiled

• Downtime: Downtime - Cost Centre - Code - Start - Hours

Teams

• Teams - Press the Teams ( Green +) or Teams ( Red -) buttons on the left of an Active Job to increase or decrease the size of the Team against which you are tracking time. If the Team size is changed within 30 seconds of starting, the existing record is updated, else a new Timekeeping record is started.

Pause/Resume 

Functionality is included to Pause all the Active Jobs and resume them once the Break is over.  Click the Pause/Resume (button) on the Logout screen.
