Fixes

Fixed: When a Project template was copied, the Parent/Child relationship was broken and the Billing field was not copied.

Fixed: Procurement Extension: When you entered a Requestor, the Manager and Head were cleared - this was problematic if you selected Requestor, Manager and Head before saving.

Fixed: You were not able to expand/Collapse items on the Projects Gannt Diagram.

Fixed: The Assets Filter in the Service Manager Classes was not working.

Fixed: When an Item was copied, the 'Stock Check' field was not copied.
