The Service Price feature covers processes where machinery or labour is used in production. It provides for set up and hourly rates.
Users can edit various components of service costs (e.g. Cost Centre, Setup and Running Speeds).
Prices that are out-of-date (don't match the Cost Centre Hourly Rate) are also highlighted in red.
Navigation: Main Menu > Items > Pricing > Menu (button) >Service Prices.
Table of Contents
View: Generates a list of Service Prices based on the selected Filters.
Save: Saves any changes or refreshes the view.
Actions:
Batch Updates: Updates are applied to all the selected records when the Update (button) is clicked. Batch Update options are:
Cost Centre: Replaces the Cost Centre with the cost centre selected from the dropdown list.
Setup Hrs: Replaces the Setup Hours with the new value typed into the block.
Speed: Replaces the Speed (Quantity per Hour) with the amount typed in the first block and updates the timeframe (in decimal hours) with the amount typed in the second block.
Status: Toggles the service prices to be Active or Inactive. Checkmark = Active.
Update Prices from Cost Centre
Will change the Hourly Rate to match the rate from the Cost Centre, if they differ.
Output: Generates price lists.

Reset Data Filter: Resets the selected data filters.
Views
Supplier Prices: Switches the view to Supplier Prices.
Selling Prices: Switches the view to Selling Prices.
Inventory Prices: Switches the view to Inventory Prices.
Service Prices: Switches the view to Service Prices.

Add new Item: Allows users to add a new item.
Add new Supplier Price: Allows users to add a new Supplier Price to an existing item.
Price Lists
Edit Price Lists: Allows users to add or edit a price list.
Link Customers to Price Lists: Allows users to add customers to a price list.
Email Excel: Allows users to email the list view by opening the default email template with the view attached in .xlsx format.

Category: A dropdown list allowing users to select a specific Category or All Categories.
Cost Centre: A dropdown list allowing users to select a specific Cost Centre or All the Cost Centres.
Active: Checkbox. Checkmark = Only Active Prices will be shown.

Field Chooser: Allows users to add or remove columns.
ID: A system-generated number for the service price.
Status: The colour-coded Status of the service price.
Description: The item's user-defined Description.
Category: The item's Category.
Sub-category: The item's Subcategory.
Reference: The item's user-defined Reference.
Code: The item's user-defined Code.
Cost Centre: The Cost Centre linked to the service item colour-coded according to Cost Centre Status.
Rate: The Hourly Rate charged for the service.
Setup (Hr/S): The number of Hours it takes to set up the service.
Speed - Qty: The output that can be generated in the specified timeframe.
/Hrs: The timeframe in which the specified output can be generated.
Total Fixed: A calculated field which is the Cost associated with setting up a service.
Total Unit: A calculated field (Rate divided by speed divided by hours.)
/ : The number of output units covered by the rate.
Unit: An abbreviation describing the Unit.
Updated: The Date on which the item was last updated.
Updated by: The User who last updated the item.
Menu (...): A sub-menu that can also be accessed by right-clicking the line.
Open Item: Opens the item's setup interface.
Open Item Dashboard: Opens a Dashboard with a Summary of the item's activity.
View Item Summary: Displays a Summary of the item and transactions on the right.
