Export Accounts - Functionality has been added to Export Grid / Email Excel the chart of Accounts from the Accounting Setup module.
A Transaction Setting > Transaction Board View - Custom field (SQL) has been added. This setting can be used to create a custom text field on the Transaction Board. Use the Template button on the SQL Editor to generate sample SQL that illustrates the valid fields and parameters that can be used.
Service Manager - The Service Manager edit form now gets refreshed when it is activated - eg. when you navigate away and then back to an open SM.
Work Processes - The following fields have been added to the Project Templates and Items (hidden by default)
Work Process (Lookup) - Used to select a Work Process.
Work Process - Description and hyperlink to the Work Process documentation.
Qualified - Lists the Staff that are qualified to perform the task (from Work Processes)
Note: When a Task is created from the Project, the URL to the Work Process is added as an Attachment/Link to the Task. The Task Description is a concatenation of the Parent Description and the Item Description (max 100 characters).
Start Date Audits - An Audit (Date) field has been added to Projects - this field contains the first Start Date of an Item and is used to measure the days that the Start date has been Moved (d) from the original planned date. Both fields hidden by default. The Action (button) > Reset Audit Dates can be used to reset the Audit Date to the current Start Date.
Project Template - the Actions (button) > Delete function can now be used to delete multi-selected items. This action will also delete root items that contain child items. You are no longer able to directly delete the root item if it contains child items, however.
Project Templates - A Status field has been added - Draft, Review and Ready. The Template lookup in Projects only displays templates in a Ready Status.
An Invoiced % field has been added - this field can differ from the Complete % and is used to create the Progress Invoices. A Batch Update has been added as well as an Action > Set % Invoiced = % Complete.
The Active filter now checks both the Item and Location status (Previously only the Location status was checked).
The Status (Item) field is now highlighted in colour - previously it was a checkbox.
Batch Update functionality has been added for the Status (Location) field and the Bin Ref. This makes it easy to de-activate an Inventory Location at the Item level.
A Bearer 2 field has been added to the Items > Flexo Machine data type (This field will populate the estimate when the machine is selected. Bearer has been renamed to Bearer 1.
A Bearer 2 option has been added to the Magnetic Cylinder estimate type. Bearer has been renamed to Bearer 1.
A 4 Star option has been added to the Quality field for Rotary Dies (Works the same as 5 star).
New Estimate Types: Sprocket Punch Unit and Underscore Unit - works the same as Rotary Dies.
A Part (Part Complete) button has been added to the Transaction list view. Clicking this button will set the Transaction Status to the default Part Complete Status.
Project Templates: Fixed: When you copied a Template, the Status list was copied multiple times; When a new Status is added, the Pending group is assigned by default; When an Item is deleted, the row above the deleted record is now focused (previously the top row was focused).
Fixed: When the Dashboard was set to open in the Right Panel and the Panel was closed, the Dashboard was not launched correctly (the panel had to be opened multiple times before the Dashboard displayed)
Fixed: The Lead Source lookup was displaying incorrect items in the lookup list.
Fixed: Projects and Project Templates: You were able to add a child item to level 3 using the Ctrl + Enter shortcut.
The setting that assigns Staff to the production module has been removed in favor of adding all active Staff to the lookups. The Operator Board now displays columns for all staff that have active Tasks assigned to them.
