Enhancements

Timekeeping - The Calendar view in the Dashboard has been updated to improve scrolling.

My Organisation > Organigram - A read-only Chart View has been added.

VAT Recon - The following setting can now be used to exclude VAT Payments from the VAT Recon: General Settings > Accounting > Exclude Transaction ID''s from VAT Reconciliation (eg. '<> 2', 'not in (1,2,3)') - Previously all transactions that were directly updating the VAT Control account were excluded.  Transactions with 0% VAT in Transaction Types that are linked to VAT will now also be displayed.

Customer/Supplier Summary - Role settings have been added to control access to the Customer and Supplier Summaries - Roles > Access Allowed > Customer/Supplier Summary - Access Allowed. Options include None, Limited and Full Access. Full Access is required to view the Accounts and Transaction tabs.

The QuickEasy License expiry date is now displayed in the Title bar. When the license has less than 5 days to expiry, an additional warning is now displayed in the Status bar.

Item Enhancements

Item Checklists - The Note for auto-approved items is now visible in the Checklist tab. 

Items > The Inventory Locations setup module has been moved to Items > List View > Menu (button) > Edit Inventory Locations.

Item Dashboard - A From field has been added to the Movement and Transaction views.

Inventory - Transactions - a From field has been added.

Transaction Enhancements

Required Date - an additional date field has been added to the transaction header including Batch Updates - eg. For use as a Required Date- Fieldname REQDATE. The Req Date and Due Date fields are only visible if a caption is assigned to them in Transaction Settings > Default: Caption for Due Date/Req Date.

The Setup > Transactions > Accounting > 'ForEx' setting has been renamed to 'Currencies'. The setting remains functionally unchanged, however.

When executing Actions (button) > Update Transaction from Setups on Transactions, all the fields in the Items are now updated from the linked Item/s - previously only the Pricing was updated.

Linked Transactions - All the Customer transactions (Exc. Cancelled Transactions) are now displayed when you filter to Customers - previously only the first 50 transactions were displayed

The Transaction view has been renamed to Jobs View

A Calendar View has been added to view Tasks by Stages. Functionality is provided to search by Transaction No and View by Weeks or Day (15/6min). Right-click on Event / Stage for context Menus. 

Task View - a Menu Item has been added to View on Board - this will open the job highlighted on the Board View.

New Actions - General - General Actions are now visible on all the Views.

New Actions - Stage (Board View)

The Set to Ready setting has been moved from General Settings to the Stage Setup for greater flexibility. Options have been added to set the next task to ready when both Complete or Part Complete 

The Date Audit and the Moved (d) fields have been removed from Tasks - these fields become pointless on an automatic scheduling system that is frequently updated.

Fixes

Fixed: Planning Board - When a Completed Task was moved back to an Active Status using Batch Updates, it did not appear on the Board or Kanban Views.

Fixed: Work Orders that were older than 1 year were not displayed in the Work Order lookup on the NCR Edit form.

The redundant fields POLEVEL1-3, SERVER, PWORD, USERNAME have been deleted from the SUPMAIN table.

Fixed: The Ledger > Detailed Ledger View was in certain cases displaying a Debit/Credit Account when the account was blank.

Account Setups - The caption VAT (Standard) was renamed to VAT (Default)

Fixed: A rounding error was causing the Value in the Inventory > Replenishment report to differ slightly from the Vaue in the Inventory > Default report.

Fixed: An error was returned when you restored the default view on Item Categories.

Fixed: The Filter text was showing a date filter when the Inventory > Accounting view was filtered to 'No date'.

Fixed: The Totals in the Inventory > Transactions report were not converted to local currency.

The functionality that estimates the time it takes to execute the Inventory - Default view has been removed.

Fixed: Custom Reports: When the field Editor = Memo/Memo - Rich-text, only a  single line of text was displayed.

The largely unused, Custom Reports > Editing functionality has been removed.

Fixed: From the previous upgrade, you were only able to select Location that were directly linked to an Item.

Fixed: The Done button was enabled on a Complete / Read-only VAT Recon transaction.

Fixed: When a Transaction Item was set to use VAT-Inclusive prices and the Adjust Amount was changed, the Item was totalled like a VAT-Exclusive Item.
