Breaking Changes

Inventory - Replenishment View - Transaction Settings have been added to identify which Transactions are used for Purchase Orders and Work Orders. These settings have to be manually updated after the upgrade:

Enhancements

Tile Menu - A Pending note has been added to the Timekeeping tile. You can now set the colour of Tiles at a Group level (Default = Navy Blue).

Timekeeping - A Query status has been added as an additional Pending Status.

Customers - The Type (Customers/Individual) setting has been removed in favour of simply having Customers with Contacts (same as Suppliers.)

Transactions Setup > Status - Separate grid views are now displayed for the Header and Item statuses (Previously you had to toggle a filter to view Header and Item Statuses). The Status colour lookup has been changed to a dropdown colour pallet.

Transactions - Inventory View - This view has been updated to show Inventory at an Item level (Previously it was at a Location level). The Out Qty is no longer displayed.

Items - The user-defined fields have been moved to the Images & Specs tab.

Cost of Sales Report - An NCR No and From (Transaction it was created from) column have been added to the Purchases, Goods Issued, Goods Received and Timekeeping drilldown Views.


Ledger Enhancements


Transaction Settings have been added to enable certain functionality in the Ledger. These settings need to be manually updated after this upgrade: 


A General Setting > Password to edit read-only transactions in the Ledger has been added. This password allows you to temporarily make a read-only transaction editable. See Ledger > Edit Form > Actions > Edit Transaction. An Audit is created when a read-only transaction is edited.

Fixes

Fixed: The Workstation lookup in Planning Board > Setup Stages was displaying the Code from the Cost Centre (Should be the Code from Workstation)

Fixed: The Revenue indicator on the Financial Statements dashboard was not working correctly - it only displayed 0.

Fixed: A '...Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset' error was returned when you imported an invalid bank statement.

Fixed: The Actual hours on the Planning Board did not take into account the Team size linked to Timekeeping records.

Fixed: The popup menu could not be opened with a right-click in the Transactions > Inventory View. 

Fixed: When you searched for a Sales Order by No. and the filter was set on, for instance, Work Orders, the drilldowns to Purchases, Stock Issues etc. was not working.

The Status colours have been changed to be more readable on the Planning Board's default Status list. The Status colour lookup has been changed to a dropdown colour pallet.

The redundant Transactions Milestones functionality has been removed.
