Breaking changes
The Code on Departments needs to be updated in the Organigram - used in Department lookups
Enhancements
General - All the Updated fields (which contained a concatenation of User - Timestamp) have been changed to 2 columns which are hidden by default - Updated and Updated by.
Stock Check - The functionality to create a new Stock Check has been changed to a modal window where you can multi-select the items and locations to be added to the Stock Check.
Pricing > Inventory Prices - The Auto Update column has been added to the grid view, with Batch Update functionality. This setting can be used to prevent items from being auto-updated when, for instance, the item is purchased.
Organigram - a Code field has been added for use in all the Department lookups. (Previously the department lookup used a format of Company - Department.)
Approvals Module - Functionality has been added to open Notes and Attachments in the right panel.
Estimating - The Price is fixed popup alert has been changed to a red warning bar.
NCR - functionality has been added to Copy an NCR - the linked transactions are not copied, however.
Customer/Supplier Contacts - the Contacts on Customers and Suppliers have been changed to a list view with a Modal edit form.Â
Leave - The Note field has been changed to a Text field which is visible and editable in the grid view. The Filename column has been renamed to Attachment.
Layout Enhancements
You are no longer allowed to move the last module in the left panel to the right panel (ie. the left panel may no longer be empty)
You can no longer hide the left panel.
When you move the last module off the right panel, it is hidden.
Icons have been refreshed throughout the application.
Items Enhancements
An Updated date filter has been added. This, for instance, allows you to filter on the items that have been changed since you last checked them.
When you copy an item, you are now prompted to Copy Item (Complete) or Copy Item (Exclude Costing)
The Active column in the Inventory, Costs and Pricing tabs has been changed to a Status column, colour-coded for Active/Inactive. (The upgrade will reset these grid views to the default view)
Transaction Enhancements
An item has been added to the Menu (button) popup menu - Open Notes and Attachments
A From column has been added to the Copy Transaction dialogue - it displays the transaction that the Item was copied from.
Menu > Customers > Add new Customer (Now adds a Company by default - previously you could select Individual or Company)
Service Manager Enhancements
You are now able to link a default Assign to on a Response.
Functionality has been added to update the SM Status when the Status is changed on a linked Transaction. This is done by setting the Transaction and Trans Status on a Response.
(By default, a Response is no longer added when a transaction is created from an SM - this can now be done using the settings outlined above,)
Emails Enhancements
An Action has been added to the Email edit form to Add Attachments when sending emails from a Transaction. The Attachments are added as links in the email body, replacing the [ATTACHMENTS] tag. Attachments can be selected from those linked to the Transaction Flow.
You are now able to add static Contact Groups in the To, CC or BCC fields of an email. (Field size is limited to 1250 characters)
The Edit HTML button has been moved to the Actions dropdown menu on the Email edit form.
Fixes
General - When No date is selected on the date filter, the date scroll buttons and checkboxes are now disabled.
Fixed: When a Transaction Status is in use, it can no longer be deleted.
Fixed: Bank import - When a transaction was created or updated from a matching transaction, the Entity and Bank Account were not set to match the Bank which was being imported. The list of available Transaction Types are now also filtered to match the Bank's Entity.
Fixed: Inactive Locations are no longer added when a new Stock Check is created.
Fixed: Pricing - Inventory view - The Active filter now also applies to the Active setting on Locations (Previously it was only applied to the Status of Items).
The Contact Image field has been temporarily removed. (Pending feedback that it should remain). Functionality to Save/Restore Layout on the Customer edit form has also been removed. The Customer New function now adds a Company by default.
