Enhancements

Trial Balance - Functionality has been added to sort the Trial Balance by Account Number.

Transaction - Items View - A Cus/Sup Category field has been added, hidden by default.

Checklist/Approvals Enhancements

NB. If you have multiple transactions linked to the same checklists, you need to copy the checklists before upgrading - the upgrade does not support multiple Transactions linked to 1x Checklist. It is highly recommended that you review your Checklist settings after executing this upgrade.

NB2. If you have saved the Transaction Layout, you will need to Restore the default Layout to enable the Approve button.

The most significant enhancement is that all the settings required to set up and manage an Approval process can now be found in one place. Changes include:

  • A Checklist is now explicitly linked to a Transaction - this makes it possible to add all the Transaction and Status settings into the Checklist setup.

  • 3x Status fields have been added to the Checklist setup: Approved, Cancel Approval and Declined. (The upgrade will set the Cancel Approval Status to the default = New Status)

  • The Administrator field has been changed to allow for multiple Administrators linked to a Checklist. Administrators can Cancel Approvals, Decline Approvals and Approve any of the Manual/Limit/Override Items.

  • Users & Dependencies on Items have been moved from the preview panel to columns in the gridview. (Easier to read)

  • A User Setting > Setup Checklists - Access Allowed Y/N has been added.

  • The Transaction and Role settings have been removed.

  • The Save to/Load from File functionality has been removed.

  • The Setup > Transactions > Copy Rules > Checklist setting has been removed in favour of linking the Copy Rule to an Approved Status.

  • Tech Note: The redundant LEDGER.CHECKID field has been removed.

Planning Board Enhancements

A From column has been added to display the Trans No of the Work Order's parent transaction.

Task Edit form - Additional fields have been added to the Task Edit form - Header and Items.

Settings > General > Planning Board > Set next Task to Ready on Complete - Options now include

    • N/A - The Planning Board is not automatically updated when a Task is set to Complete

    • Next Task overall (Default) - This will set the next Task to Ready, regardless of the Stage or Assembly

    • Next Task in the same Assembly - This will set the next Task in the same Assembly to Ready

Tracker Enhancements

  • The General Setting > Planning Board > Description Format is now also used to populate the Description in Tracker > Timekeeping module. This applies to all the Timekeeping modes.

  • The quantity displayed in the Active Jobs / Queue has been changed from Completed/Spoiled to Required/Completed/Outstanding.

Pump Enhancements

  • Functionality has been added to link the Plots used for charting to the Series or the Pump - See Series - Chart linked to Pump.

  • The Series Type now includes Pump, Motor, Pump Unit and Accessory.

  • The Type field has been removed from the Items - Type is set by the linked Series.

  • The Pump Selector algorithm has been updated. See Pumps

Fixes

Fixed: The Adj % field in Pricing > Supplier Prices was not filtering correctly on blanks.

Search functionality has been added to all the gridviews in the Data Editor.

Fixed: Production - If you changed the Task filter when in the Projects View, the Project Timekeeping would disappear until you scrolled to another Project.

Fixed: The upgrade Script did not add default Workstations to all the Cost Centres.

Fixed: The CRM > Sales Activity Report was displaying some of the Service Manager Responses.

Fixed: Estimating - When an item was moved to a different Assembly, the old Assembly was not re-ordered.

The 12-month limit on Links has been removed - Links are limited to the first 25 in descending order.
