Breaking changes
The Description, Code and Note can no longer be updated in Item Costings - they are looked up from the linked Item.
Enhancements
Look and Feel - With this upgrade we have moved to the latest version of Delphi (includes subtle changes to the look and feel) as well as the latest version of ReportBuilder.
VAT Recon - a menu item has been added to Open Transaction in Ledger.
Trans/Period Dates - If the Trans Date differs from the Period Date, the fields are now highlighted in red in the Transaction Edit View as well as in the Ledger Transaction List view and Edit View.
Items - A Recent button has been added to enable easy navigation back to any of the last 20 Items that you have accessed. Visible in the List View and the Edit View.

The grid Find Panel has now been hidden in all List Views when a dataset is empty and shown again after you click the View button. This is to prevent users from using the Find Panel instead of the Data Filter which is much quicker.
Customers/Suppliers - The bank detail linked to Customers/Suppliers has been added to the List View, hidden by default. The Account No. field has been renamed to Code.
Chart of Accounts - The Account no. field has been renamed to Code.
Approvals Module - Users are now only able to view Transactions which they can access.
My Organisation > Staff - Export Grid and Email Excel functionality has been added to the list view.
Job Summary - The Job Summary has been changed to Cost of Sales and opens the Items View for the selected Transaction.
Service Manager Enhancements
Status and Category can no longer be deleted from Settings if they are in use.
Functionality has been added to manage the email Subscribers to an SM - See Menu (button) > View/Edit Subscribers.
Sales Module Enhancements
Transactions can now be opened using a double-click.
A new setting, Users > Sales Batch Updates - Access Allowed (Y/N), has been added.
Status and Category can no longer be deleted from Settings if they are in use.
The Customer > Region field has been added to the List View (Hidden by default)
The time has been removed from the Projected Date field.
Transaction Enhancements
Notes and Attachments can now be opened in the side panel and synchronized with Transactions - see the Notes button at the top right of the Edit form and Open Notes and Attachments on the list view popup menu.
A Find Panel has been added to the Transaction Inventory and Estimate Costs views.
The customisable Transaction Item's Check-in and Check-out fields are no longer hidden. (Previously they were only displayed when the Transaction uses Events.)
Item Costings Enhancements
A Status field has been added to Item Costings - Draft, Review, Ready. When the Status is Ready, the Costing becomes read-only. The User Setting > Items and Inventory > Costing - Access allowed (Y/N) controls access to the Status setting. A Costing field, which displays the Costing Status, has been added to the Materials list view, hidden by default. The Costing Status is set to Draft when an Item is added to the Costing and to null if the Costing is emptied.

A Popup lookup can now be used to add multi-selected Items to a Costing or the Costing Options.
Dependencies are now displayed on a separate tab and include more information, like Status of Assembly, Qty Required etc. See Dependencies .
Inventory fields have been added to the Costings and Options grids, hidden by default.
Actions (Dependencies)
The Action > Remove from Costing and Options has been renamed to Remove from Assemblies and is applied to the multi-selected Assemblies which are in Draft Status in the Dependency tab.
Add to Assemblies - this action allows you to add the selected item to multi-select Assemblies (Drafts only)
Add to Assemblies (Option) - this action allows you to add the selected item to the option of multi-selected Assemblies. You also need to select the Item in the Costing for which you are adding an option.
Set Costing Status to Draft - applied to multi-selected Dependencies. (Subject to User Access)
Fixes
Fixed: You were not able to copy/paste into the SQL/HTML Editor when running on Winflector.
Fixed: An error was returned when the Transaction > Info button was clicked.
Fixed: You were able to clear the Category field on the Items Edit Form.
Weighbridge - The Items on the auto-created GR and DN transactions are now converted from EST to ITM by default.
Fixed: Digital Production - The Actual Hr/s in the charted summary was not excluding cancelled timekeeping records.
Fixed: An error was returned when a Transaction had a zero total and used Payment Plans.
When Prices are automatically updated, the User assigned to the update has now been changed to 'Auto' - this also applies to the Price History records.
