Pricing - Service Prices

Overview

This view allows you to edit the Cost Centre,  Setup and Running Speeds that make up your Service Costs. 

Cost Centres are highlighted with their Status colour.

Prices that are out-of-date (don't match the Cost Centre hourly rate) are also highlighted in red.

Fields

• Active (Tick Icon) - The Status of the Service (Editable)

• Description

• Reference

• Code

• Cost Centre - highlighted by Status colour

• Rate - the current hourly rate

• Setup (hr/s)

• Speed - Qty

• /Hrs

• Total Unit - highlighted in red if it does not match the hourly rate

• Total Fixed - highlighted in red if it does not match the hourly rate

Actions

• Batch Updates - Cost Centre, Setup (hr/s), Speed - Qty, /Hr/s, Active

• Update Prices from Cost Centre - Updates the Fixed and Unit prices from the current hourly rate
