Enhancements

Note - Post-upgrade tasks

• After upgrading to this version, you must Rebuild the Cost of Sales to remove Cancelled Timekeeping: Navigate to the Cost of Sales module and click Menu (button) > Rebuild.

Data Type - Pumps - Several updates have been made to the informational fields for the Pumps and Motors data types.

Items - The URL field has been removed. The upgrade script converts the URL into an attachment if it has a value.

Transactions - The menu item to Select Delivery Address has been moved to the Actions menu.

Cost of Sales - A Credit Note option has been added to the Costing Rules. When one or more transactions are assigned to Credit Notes, they are deducted from Invoices in the Cost of Sales module.

Bulk Email enhancements

• An SQL template has been added for dynamic Contract Groups.

• The Email edit form has been updated to disable the invalid fields when you update a Template - To, CC, BCC, etc. The caption has also been updated to read Edit Email Template.

• Data Tags are now available when you edit the HTML of an Email Template.

• The User Data Tags can now be added to an email template.

• To create a new email template, navigate to the  Templates folder and click New Template. (The menu item to Create a new Email Template has been removed.)

Attachment Enhancements

• A Type field has been added with a fixed lookup for Link, File, Document (.pdf), Image (.jpg, .png), Signature (.png)

• Users with access to Attachments can now update any Attachment, regardless of who created it. (Previously you were only allowed to edit/delete attachments created by yourself).

• The following Transaction data pipelines have been added to expose Images (.jpg, .png) from linked attachments:

  • Images_Item - Images from attachments linked to the Item which is linked to the Transaction Item

  • Images_Items - All the Images from attachments linked to the Items which are linked to the Transaction

  • Images_Trans - Images from attachments which are directly linked to the Transaction 

  • Images_Flow- All Images from attachments which are linked to the Transaction flow.

Fixes

Fixed: The Transaction Setting > Default: Start a new Transaction flow was not being applied to the Transaction Item Flow. (Fixed in TRANS_COPY_ITEM)

Fixed: The Expense Allocation field displayed the Entry Type twice. eg. SOSO234, SOSO345.

Fixed: Edit Planning Board Stages: After you click the Edit button, the Type field (Outwork/Production) becomes editable even though a Workstation or Supplier was selected.

The captions in the VAT Recon module were updated to Outstanding (Transactions) and Included (Transaction Items).

Cancelled Timekeeping is no longer added/displayed in Cost of Sales, Planning Board, Production, Tracker, Service and NCR modules. (Updated TRANS_GET_TOTALHRS and used it in all modules that require the sum of Timekeeping)

Improved performance of Estimate Types by deleting the index on QUOTEPARAMS.ORDERID.

The Report Parameters in the SQL editor are now visible only when you edit a Report's SQL.

Fixed: Bulk Emails: when you selected a Contact after filtering the list using the Find Panel, the email was not created for the selected contact.

Fixed: The Production Board (Operators) was not using the multi-operator assign field.
