Item Dashboard

Overview 

The Item Dashboard displays all the Inventory and other information related to an Item on one screen.  

You can navigate Items by scrolling the grid view from which it was opened (Up/Down arrow buttons) or by selecting an Item in the lookup control.

The module can be added to the Menu as a Fixed Module or you can open it by right-clicking on an Item in any module and selecting Item Dashboard from the popup menu.

Information on the Item Dashboard Includes: 

• Inventory- Lists all the Inventory Locations that contain Stock - click the Empty checkbox to show all Locations. Click the Suggested checkbox to show the suggested stock quantity based on your replenishment model.

• Movement - View every Inventory Transaction linked to an Item by Date and by Location

• On Order

• Reserved

• Purchases

• Transactions

• Chart - Displays Qty in Stock, Received and Issued for the last 12 months

Actions

• Stock Adjustment - Easily adjust the In Stock quantity of an item.

Drilldown

The Item Dashboard can be opened from all the modules that display Items.

User Access

Access to the Item Dashboard is controlled by the User Setting > Item Dashboard/Summary - Access Allowed. Administrator rights are required to view Purchase and Transaction Prices in the Dashboard.
