Pricing > Supplier Prices - New Batch Updates:
Unit Price by Amount - Renamed from Unit Price
Unit Price by % - Updates the Unit Price by a percentage.
Transactions - A data pipeline, Trans_Inventory, has been added - this pipeline displays the Inventory Items view which you can see in the Transaction Edit form.
Items - A Review status has been added to allow you to easily flag items that need some review or other. The Review status is considered to be an Active Status, however.
The Breadcrumb Bar (Recently opened applications) has been removed in favor of a Recent button in the Main Menu. The icons to show the Tile Menu, Move modules from Left to Right and Vice Versa have been moved to the Main Menu. The Recent button works as follows:
When a module is opened, it is added to the top of the Recent list.
If a module is already in the Recent list, it is moved to the top when it is re-opened.
Menu Groups - Contain a Caption and a Colour and an ordered list of items. Items can be added to a Group by clicking the Add button, selecting a Type and then multi-selecting the Items to Add. The following checkboxes have been added to the Items:
Tile - When true, the Item is added to Tile Menu
Begin Group - When true, a line is added above the Menu Item.
Menu Templates - Contain an ordered list of Menu Groups, Fixed Groups and Fixed Items.
Task View - An Operators (Full Name) column has been added, hidden by default. A Caption column has been added, hidden by default - Caption field from the Estimate Input grid view.
View/Edit Job - A Caption column has been added, hidden by default - Caption field from the Estimate Input grid view. You are now able to View the Task Notes in this window - see checkbox Show Notes.
Fixed: Email - When you filtered on a Transaction No., only the emails sent from Ver 1 were displayed.
Fixed: Staff > Entities - When you added Entities to a Staff member, the order was in some cases not maintained - important because the first Entity in the list becomes the default Entity. (Workaround: Clear all Entities > Save > Add Entities in correct Order > Save again)
Fixed: Production Planning - The Action > Set Tasks to Planned (First to Ready) was in some cases not setting the correct task to ready - it should be the first Service in the linked Estimate. The Gantt diagram, when viewed by Transaction, did not display services in the correct order if the Estimate Order differed from the Stage Order (Estimate Order is used now).
Fixed: SM/NCR - When an NCR was created from the Service Manager, the SectionIDs were not updated from the Category - ie. Some of the fields, like Customer, were not displayed until you re-selected the Category.
Fixed: SM - When you filtered the Transaction grid on Customer, NCR's linked to the Customer, but not linked to the SM, were not displayed.
Fixed: When an NCR was copied and the Category had a pre-defined list of Staff, the Staff were copied and the default Staff insserted again.
We've improved error trapping to make it easier to identify a setting error when you log in.
Item Summary - When you drilldown to the Item Summary, the active view is now maintained if the Item Summary is already open.
