Enhancements
Transactions - A Priority checkbox has been added to the transactions' Procurement/Purchasing dataset. This field is used in the Approval process.
Attachments - the list view now displays the Type - eg. MyPicture (Image) - User Date.
Approvals module - An Admin field has been added, hidden by default. When checked, it indicates you are the Admin and not an approved User for the selected Item.
Items Enhancements
Item Categories - A Note field has been added to document what the Category is used for. Right-click on a Category and select Edit Note. Select Menu > View Note to view the Notes in the list view.
Make and Model fields have been added to the Items table, visible for Material and Assembly item types in the List and Edit views. Batch updates can be used to update these fields. NB. Make and Model has now been moved from Assets to the Items table - the upgrade script moves the Make and Model from Assets to the Items table.
The Note and Specification have been added to the list view - max 3 lines.
The Specification and Note have been added to the List View, hidden by default.
Timekeeping Enhancements
Attachments can now be linked to Timekeeping records - ideal for recording Approval signatures on Start and Stop.
A Travel type has been added - when a timekeeping record is set to Type = Travel, you can update the Odometer Start / Stop fields which calculate the Km. If you update the Km, the Odometer Stop will be updated.
Customers - Latitude and Longitude fields have been added to the Customer address table.
Pumps - The following fixed attachment types have been added to the Pumps model which can be accessed using the data pipeline Pump_Images_Item:
Product Image (.jpg, .png)
Diagram (.jpg, .png)
Dimensions (.jpg, .png)
Fixes
Optimisation: Assets - The Department field has been renamed to Location and has been updated to an editable lookup from Departments in the Organigram. The Staff field has been removed.
When an Item Cost/Price is auto-updated, the User (Updated) is now set to 'Auto'.
Fixed: An error was returned when the Info button was clicked on Transactions.
Fixed: The Transaction > Menu > 'View/Edit Production Planning' function was executed even when the Transaction was not in a Planning Board status. You are no longer able to scroll this form when it is opened from a Transaction. (Tech note: procedure TRANS_GET_TRANS was updated to select the Status).
Fixed: The Specification field in the Items' grid view was displaying the Note field.
Tech Notes
The local IPv4 address now gets added to the login audit.
A geolocation tracking table has been added to the database.
