Enhancements

Weighbridge - An Actions > Delete function has been added - Complete records can not be deleted, however. The procedure that imports the weighbridge records was updated to ignore the Trekscale ID when checking for duplicate records. (It appears that the Trekscale app creates duplicate records with different ID's or the ID is changed after records are imported.)

Organigram - A Parent field has been added to the Edit form.

VAT Recon - The following filters have been added to the Outstanding Transactions: 

Cost of Sales - Functionality has been added to Save (All Users) and Restore Default (All Users) - these functions are applied to the visible gridview. Summaries have been added to the Invoice Date > Transactions View > Variance column.

Work Orders - Note and Specification - When a Transaction Type is set to Default = Work Orders, the Estimate Specification is added to the Item Specification. By default, only the Estimate Description is added to the Item Specification.

Planning Board - A Trans Status field has been added to the Tasks view, hidden by default. The Job View now only displays Jobs that are in a Planning Board Status (Previously all Jobs that were in an Active Status were displayed).

Customers - The Accounts Contact has been added to the Customers grid view.

Items Enhancements

The field used to generate the Item Description using Tags has been increased to 255 characters to allow for long-name tags that add small amounts of characters - the actual generated Description is still limited to 100 characters.

Foreign Currency Enhancements

The Currency lookup in the Transaction and the Ledger module now only allows you to select the Customer/Supplier currency or the Local Currency (Previously you could select any currency)

The Allocation model for foreign currencies has been updated with the addition of foreign currency fields in the Allocations table. You are now able to allocate the Local and Foreign currency amounts separately.

NB. You need to Ledger > Menu (button) > Restore Default to fix the allocation grid views.

Fixes

Fixed: Planning Board - Task View - The Out Qty only displayed a value if the Comp. Qty was not blank.

Fixed: Spelling error in Transactions List Views that use the procurement data - Depar(t)ment

Fixed: Weighbridge, the update Actions were no longer working after the last upgrade. 

Fixed: When the Fastener data type was used in Items, the Save button was not enabled when the fastener fields were updated. The Description generator was not working either. The option to select from a Lookup when creating a new Item has been removed for the Fasteners data type.

The Payments module can no longer be used for Forex transactions.

Fixed: A Currency mismatch warning was displayed on Transactions that use local currency only.

Fixed: The Unit lookup on transaction items was opening for items that were not linked to an Item - for example, Estimate Items.

Fixed an error in the license renewal procedure.

Fixed: You were not able to add Flexo Machines to the Data Editor module (Used as a lookup in Items). The procedure to copy from lookup to items was updated - there were 2x missing fields.

Fixed: The lookup for 'Made by' in Flexo Machines was not working.

Fixed: The Customer was not updated when using the Tracker > Timekeeping module. The upgrade script updates the missing customers in the TK records.

The default trigger to create the Description for the Data Type 'Materials' was been restored to work by the Type selected.

Fixed: The Hr/s field in the Planning Board Summary was not displaying correctly in some instances (null problem).

The function to allocate up to 3 matching invoices has been removed from the Ledger in favour of allocating to a matching invoice or allocating the oldest invoices first.
