Work Processes
Overview
This module is used to list all the Work Processes in a Company, who manages the process and who can do the work (Staff as well as Outwork Suppliers). A Rating can also be linked to each process as a measure of how well it is managed and executed in your company.
This freestanding module can be added to the Menu by selecting: Fixed > Work Processes.
Access to the module is controlled by the Role Setting > Work Processes - Access Allowed. Options include:

View Only
Full Access - Required to add or edit Processes.
The Group button provides functionality to easily Group, Expand and Collapse the grid view.
Functionality is provided from the Menu button to Export Grid and to Email Excel (User Access is required).
Fields explained
Status - Select from Pending, Active, Complete or Cancelled
Group - Select from a lookup list. The Groups can be maintained by selecting Menu > Edit Process Groups
Description - Short Description of the Process. When not in Edit Mode, the field is hyperlinked to open the documentation link.
Type - Select Reactive, Proactive or Development.
URL - Documentation - A link to the documentation of the Process - visible only in Edit Mode.
Entities - Link the Entities that the process applies to. An Entity filter is provided in the Header.
Department - Select from a lookup list of Departments in the Organigram.
Director - Select the Director in whose portfolio the process falls.
Manager - Select the Manager responsible for the process.
Staff - The staff who are able to execute the Process can be added to a process by right-clicking to open the Staff Links menu and selecting from three tiers:
Trainee (Gold)
Basic (Orange)
Competent (Blue)
Trainer (Green)
Suppliers - Right-click and select Supplier Links to add Suppliers for Outsourced Processes.
Rating - Add a Rating from 1 to 5 stars as a measure of how well this process is being managed and executed.
Updated - The Date and User of the last update.
Note - Notes are displayed in the Preview panel below a Process. Right-click and select Add/Edit Note.
Click the Edit button to Add or Edit Work Processes.
Right-click a Process and select Delete to remove a Process.
Batch Updates
Batch Updates can be used to multi-select records and update the Status, Director, Manager, Staff, Suppliers, Groups and Ratings.
To open, click the Menu Button > Batch updates
