Organigram

Overview

The Organigram module is used to define the company structure, including Departments, Heads and Staff and is found in the Organigram tab of the My Organisation module.

You can View and Edit the Organigram in a Treeview or in a standard Gridview - See Menu (button) > Views.

When a new record is added, the Status is set to Vacant. When a Staff member is selected for a Person type or the name is entered for an Entity type, the Status automatically updates to Active.

The functionality allows you to add Managers and Heads at the same level as Staff or in a hierarchical format, eg. Head > Manager > Staff.

This module also provides a Department lookup list for other modules: NCRs and Work Processes.
