Enhancements

Popup Item Lookup Enhancements

• The Show Inventory checkbox has been moved to the Data Filter.

Financial Statements Enhancement

• Notes have been renamed to Financial Statement Notes. 

• The Date edit on Notes has been changed to a Period lookup (eg. Jan 2023). The Account and Period lookups have also been changed to fixed lookups to prevent blanks.

• Column Auto Width is off by default and the grid views are set to Best fit all columns when the View button is clicked.

Fixes

Fixed: The Cost Centre Hourly Rate was cleared if there was no Hourly adjustment.

Fixed: The popup form used to add Items to Transactions, was adding an Item every time the Show inventory checkbox was toggled, if only 1x Item was selected.

Fixed: The Notes > Add button on the financial Statements Dashboard was not working correctly.

Fixed: Pressing the Esc. key was not closing the popup Item Lookup form and the Financial Statements Note edit form.

Fixed: The global Refresh function did not refresh the Budget lookup in the Financial Statements module.

Fixed: The Transaction > Batch Update > Location lookup was editable. 

Fixed: The Caption on the Estimate Variable selection was updated when the selection was changed. When Items were added to an Item Costing, the Desc setting from the Item was not persisted.
