You are able to add all your Suppliers with an unlimited number of Contacts per Supplier. Documents and correspondence are always sent to a Contact Person.

Setup > Suppliers - Access allowed - Used to control access to the Suppliers module.

The Changelog can be opened from the list view popup menu or from the edit view by selecting Menu (button) > View Changelog.

Before adding a new Supplier, always search the database to make sure the Supplier does not exist already.
Navigate to the Supplier module by navigating to the Main Menu > Office > Suppliers.
Click View to preview all the Suppliers in the database.
Click the New button to create a new Supplier. Alternatively, double-click on an existing Supplier to edit.
Capture / Edit Details
Company - Enter the name of the Company.
Category - Select a Category
Detail - Add the default numbers and Addresses. See more fields below.
Important fields include:
Contact - Accounting documents (Invoices etc.) are sent to the person listed as the Accounts Contact.
Acc No. - Click the '...' button to generate an account number in the format AAA001 (First three letters followed by 001, 002, etc. until a unique number is found.)
VAT Type - Default VAT Type that will be used on the Supplier's vatable transactions.
Currency - Default Currency used on the Supplier's transactions.
Warning - The warning will appear on Transactions when the Supplier is selected.
Click the New button above the Contacts grid and populate the Name and Contact details.
Right-click a contact and select Edit to view more details.
Birthday - Can be used to send birthday wishes.

Suppliers can be linked to Categories - useful for searching purposes. From the Supplier list view, click on Menu > Edit Categories.
From the Supplier list view, click on Menu > Edit Job Descriptions.
Groups can be created to group suppliers for search and reporting purposes.
Multiple Groups can be added to a single supplier.
Group lookup lists can be created and edited using Menu (button) > Edit Groups.
