Customer/Supplier Age Analysis - When filtered on All Accounts, only the Customers/Suppliers with linked accounting records will be displayed. (Previously, all the Customers/Suppliers with any transaction linked to them were displayed).
Contacts - The Created and Updated date fields have been added, hidden by default.
Transaction Copy Rules - An option has been added to the Description setting: Description (Reference). As a reminder, this setting determines how the item description is formatted in the Copy Dialogue.
The function Items > Costing > Replicate Item Description to linked Estimate has been updated to replicate the item Description, Code and Reference fields.
Items > Fasteners (Class) - A Pitch field has been added for Categories that have Threads. Threads have been removed from Washers and Rivets. The description generator for fasteners has been updated to include the Pitch and the Grade.
Level 1,2,3 has been renamed to Milestones, Task Groups and Tasks.
Batch update functionality has been added for the Required Date.
Batch Update functionality now allows you to move dates by x days - Move Dates by Days - if the date is blank, it won't be changed, however.
The Timekeeping functionality in the Service Manager has been adapted so that you can link timekeeping to the Tasks in a Project. If a Project is linked to an SM, you are only allowed to do Timekeeping against Project Tasks. How to Start Timekeeping: Select a Task, click the Start button.; How to Stop Timekeeping: Click the Stop button (The Start button will change to a Stop button if there is an open timekeeping record linked to the SM). A column, with a stopwatch icon in the header, has been added to indicate against which task you are currently timekeeping.
If an SM is not linked to a Project, you can still do timekeeping the same as before.
Task View > Date filter > Active - The functionality has been updated to ONLY check for transactions where timekeeping has been logged in the selected date period. (Previously we also filtered transactions that were not in an active status)
The Routing column (In Jobs and Tasks views) has been updated to show the actual routing when not using Groups and Tasks (Previously it was showing the distinct list of Stages which was not a good reflection of the Routing when items moved forwards and backwards across Stages).
The Item Summary has been updated to include all the functionality the that was on the Item Dashboard and the Item Dashboard module has therefore been removed.
Detail - Missing fields have been added in the header, selling prices have been added and the captions for Note and Specification have been updated.
Inventory - Tab 1- Summary: Consists of three bands: Stock Quantities, Stock Checks, Chart (12 months Movement); Tab 2 - Movement: Filter on Movement, Reserved, On Order (Copied from the Item Dashboard); Tab 3 - Batches: Displayed when Tracking = Batch.
Transactions - A Date filter has been added (Default = This Year). The following filter options have also been added:
Purchases - All the transactions used to purchase the item (See Transactions Settings > Accounting > Default for [Purchases]
Item Links - All transactions with a link in the transaction items.
Header Links - All transactions with a link in the transaction header.
Functionality has been added to view Inventory and Update the Stock Quantity.
A User Setting > Mobile App > Inventory - Access Allowed has been added. Options include:

View (Search) - Default method to find item is a text search
View (Scan) - Default method to find item is to scan a QR code - the QR Code is from the Item's Code.
View & Update (Search) - Update access allows you to adjust the Stock Qty on the selected Item. (Stock Check)

Functionality has been added to do Timekeeping linked to Tasks in a Project.
A User Setting > Mobile App > Timekeeping Mode has been added. Options include:
Transactions - Active Transactions that have Timekeeping enabled, Assigned to User/s in the Task form.
Projects - Active Tasks on Active Projects assigned (Resource) to User.
Fixed: When you opened the Customer Payment module from an Invoice, the payment would default to all Outstanding Invoice instead of only the selected Invoice.
The Ledger > Transaction filter was changed to a containing search.
Fixed: Warning Message on Transactions that use Production Planning: The message has been updated to be more informative and is only displayed after changes to the Transaction IF the transaction has been added to planning.
Fixed: The Item's Reference column was editable on read-only transactions.
The redundant Transaction Dashboard module has been removed (All the functionality that was in the Transaction Dashboard is available in side-panel modules).
Fixed: Sundry bugs related to the Search functionality on the Item Summary.
Fixed: Production Planning - Board View - you were able to open the Stage popup menu when clicking in empty space on a grid view. (Now you have to right-click on a card)
