How to Customise the Summary Display

ℹ️ These views include a chart that automatically updates from the table.

The display is divided into three parts:

1. Section A Filters (top section):

   • Fields can freely be dropped or removed in this section.

   • The data can be filtered by using the soft filter icon on the heading.

2. Section B Headings (directly below the Filters):

   • The headings dropped here will serve as column headings (e.g. Total, Trans Date)

   • You can change the sequence of the headings if the data is not correctly displayed by dragging the headings.

     • Note: The data of the headings will change based on the grouping selected under the Menu (button). (E.g. Days of the week might show Monday, Tuesday etc. whereas weeks of the year could show 1,2,3 etc.)

3. Section C Rows (field is next to the column headings):

   • On the text that displays Drop Row Fields Here, select a heading and drag it there (e.g. Status).

Process

1. Right-click any of the sections and select Show Field List from the context menu.

2. Drag the headings from the section onto the field list to remove them.

3. Drag the headings from the field list onto any section to add them.

4. You can further refine the data by right-clicking any section and selecting Show Prefilter Dialogue from the context menu. It opens an interface for you to code in additional filters and options.
