This module is used to manage Approvals in BOS Enterprise.
The Approvals feature lets you review and approve requests (like time off or expenses) from anywhere.
This tutorial explains how to use the Approvals feature in the BOS Mobile App.
The Mobile App works on touchscreen devices and desktops. For purposes of this tutorial, we use Click to mean Click or Tap.

ℹ️ Transactions appear on the Transaction List View when the following conditions are met:
1. The Transaction uses Checklists.
2. The Transaction is in the Approval status.
3. There are Outstanding Checklist Items linked to the Transaction.
4. A User can approve one or more of the Outstanding Checklist Items (as User or as Admin).
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
The applicable transactions will be displayed, if there are any.
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
On the List of Transactions, tap / click the transaction you want to approve.
Review the list of outstanding Checklist Items.
Click Approve (button) on the top right corner.
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
On the List of Transactions click the transaction you want to approve.
Click the specific Checklist Item you want to approve.
Select Approve on the context menu.
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
On the List of Transactions click the transaction you want to approve.
Click the specific Checklist Item you want to approve.
Select Decline on the context menu.
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
On the List of Transactions, click the transaction you want to edit.
Click the specific Checklist Item you want to edit.
Select Add Note on the context menu.
Type a note in the block provided on the popup.
Click Save (button).
The note will be displayed on the third line below the icon information.
ℹ️ You can reset a Checklist Item that was previously approved or declined.
Login to the Mobile App.
Click Approvals (button).
On the List of Transactions, click the transaction you want to edit.
Click / tap the specific Checklist Item you want to edit.
Select Reset on the context menu.
