This view lets you search using a Serial Number to see exactly when it was Received, Issued, and Returned. If the search is blank, all the serial numbers in the database, linked to inventory transactions, are returned. The Description and Code fields are selected from the linked Item (In case they were changed on the transaction).
Navigation: Main Menu > Procurement > Inventory > Menu (button) > Serial Numbers.

View: Generates a serial-numbers report based on the selected filters.

Item: A dropdown list of items that are tracked by serial numbers for users to select All or a specific item.
Transaction: A dropdown list of transactions for users to select All or a specific transaction.
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
ID: The system-generated number of the stock-check transaction.
Trans: A code indicating the Transaction Type.
No.: The Transaction Number.
Date: The Date of the original transaction.
Type: Indicating whether the item was received or issued.
From: The source document from which the transaction was created.
Location: The Location of the inventory item.
Company: The name of the Customer account involved in the transaction.
Reference: The Reference field on the Transaction.
Description: A Description of the inventory item.
Code: The inventory item's Code.
Serial No.: The Serial Number of the inventory item.
Menu (...): A submenu that can also be accessed by right-clicking an item:
Open Transaction: Opens the original transaction.
Open Item: Opens the item's setup page.
Open Item Dashboard: Displays a Summary of the item's activity.
