Most views in BOS Enterprise have an Output option as part of the top row of buttons. This button can be customised and linked to a variety of outputs. The Output (button) could also offer users more than one report or template to choose from.
Creating and setting up Output Templates require a two-step approach:
A template must be designed in Form Designer (Main Menu > Home > Form Designer).
This report must be selected under the applicable heading.

Navigation: Main Menu > Settings > General (tab)
Output (Print, PDF, Email) > BCC emails to the following address: Enter an email address in the Value column.
Output (Print, PDF, Email) > Bulk SMS Password to be used in Email Subject: Enter a password in the Value column.
Output (Print, PDF, Email) > Output Templates: Click Edit in the Value column to select Output options (see below).
Process:
Select a Report from the dropdown list at the top. The available entries are:

Some options may have more than one output selection (e.g. Ledger has a template for the Detailed Ledger and for Transactions).
Buttons Explained
Edit: Changes the fields from read-only to editable.
New: Allows users to create a new Output.
Save: Saves any changes.
Fields Explained
Field Chooser (*): Allows users to add or remove columns.
ID: A system-generated number for the entry.
Name: The Name of the report (as chosen from the dropdown list).
Type: A dropdown list with available options. The options in the next column depend on the chosen Output options. Options could include:

Email (HTML body & Attachment/s)

Status: A dropdown list of Statuses. Those with a checkmark will be included. The Status options are:
Pending
Active
Complete

Template: A checkbox that if checked will display a Template.
HTML: A checkbox that if checked will display HTML.
Menu (...): A submenu allowing users to:
Load Reportbuilder (.rtm) file: This report is created in Form Designer and will be used as the Template option. This function allows users to find and select the form on their local or cloud server.
Edit HTML: This action opens an HTML Editor for users to create an email template in HTML format. Use Data Tags to personalise the email.
Edit Email Subject: This action opens an HTML Editor and allows users to create the email subject. Use Data Tags to personalise the subject (e.g. Quotation [DOCIDENQID] - [REFERENCE])
Delete: This action deletes the entry.

Opens the default printer and prints the selected Output for the transaction or view (report).
Opens a dialogue box for users to choose a printer which can also be a PDF printer and prints the selected Output for the transaction or view (report).
Displays the selected Output for the transaction or view (report) on screen.Â
This display allows additional options including:
Print: Users can choose a printer to print to, including a PDF printer.
Export to File (save): User can choose a save location for the report in .pdf format on the server.
The email interface will be opened with the selected Output for the transaction or view (report) attached in .pdf format.
