Support School Funding on October Count Day!
It's official - October Count Day this year is Wednesday, October 1!
The most important action you can take to support school funding is to make sure your student attends school on that day. Much of public education funding from the Colorado
Department of Education is based on student count, so we encourage you to make sure your student comes to school that day.
Join all the ghouls and goblins at Columbine High School for their annual Trick or Treat Street. This fun event will be held on Saturday, October 25th from 3pm-5pm.
From the comfort of your home, navigate the challenges of the autism spectrum and learn how you can give a child the best start in life from our panel of experts.
We understand that our students and families may be experiencing confusion, fear, anger, pain and grief, and we share these emotions alongside you. Our top priority remains the physical and emotional safety and well-being of our students, staff and families. As a Jeffco community, we will move through this together by leaning on one another and continuing to care for each other.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to safety and well-being, and providing the support, resources and care needed as we heal together.
While all Jeffco students receive free meals through Healthy School Meals for All (HSMA), completing your Student Benefits Application provides additional benefits that many families are missing. Completing your application unlocks valuable support including waived activity fees, free access to school programs and additional academic resources for your child. Your application also helps our school receive increased funding that enhances learning opportunities and services for all students.
