Leawood's Night of the Arts is Thursday, April 10th from 5:00-6:30. All throughout the building and outside, weather permitting, there will be art. We will have performances by the band and choir. We would love to see you there! Click HERE for more information.

Looking Ahead:
All first and second grade students will be presenting a Musical: "Cookies" on Thursday, May 1st at 6:00 p.m. in the Leawood gymnasium for our parents and family members. Students need to arrive at 5:45. Please join Us!
The Leawood 4th/5th Grade Choir will be singing the Star Spangled Banner at the Rockies game along with several other elementary choirs from Jeffco Schools. Join us for Jeffco Night on May 9, 2025 at 6:40 at Coors Field. Click HERE for more information and to buy tickets.

CMAS Technology Reminders
CMAS testing begins on April 8th for all 3rd - 5th grade students. It is important that Chromebooks come to school fully charged and fully functional during the entire CMAS testing window. Please let your classroom teacher or I know if your student's Chromebook is not working properly ASAP so we can troubleshoot prior to testing.
Chromebook Health Check
Now is a great time to make sure your student’s Chromebook is running smoothly. Performing Chromebook maintenance every month or two helps your device work more efficiently. Please help your student follow the steps in this Chromebook Care document to keep the device up to date.
Order Yearbooks - LAST CHANCE!
Head to our Lifetouch Yearbook site (link) to place your order. Reach out to Mrs. Rains with any questions. Sales end Monday, April 7th, so make sure to place your order today! The year book costs $20. April 7th is a hard deadline and we will not plan to have any extras on hand for purchasing - so make sure to reserve your yearbooks now!
Library Ceiling Date
Thursday, May 8th is when all library books are due back. We will stop checking out books the Friday before. If your student has overdue books, please help them start looking for them now so they make it back in time! We will charge replacement fees to any books not returned by the 8th. Thank you for your help with this!
