District-wide Remote Day for Inclement Weather
Jeffco Public Schools is announcing an option of a 100% remote learning day for all students should conditions require closure of district facilities due to weather, poor travel conditions, or other urgent issues.
Covid-19 Self Reporting:
Data on the Jeffco Public Schools COVID-19 Dashboard is reflective of self-reported information from students and staff. During full remote learning in December, we know that our numbers of cases are under-reported and the data shown on this dashboard is less than actually may exist in our community. We are encouraging student/family self-reporting using this form to enable the district to track COVID-19 outbreaks accurately.
Family-School Partnership (FSP) Survey
Our school is committed to ensuring that your experience with our school is collaborative, successful and helps your child(ren) learn and grow. We want to know how we are doing. Below is a link to complete a survey about family school partnerships. The survey is anonymous and will only take 10 – 15 minutes. Results will be used to improve our school and your child(ren)’s learning environment. The survey opens Monday, Nov. 30 and closes Friday, Dec. 18. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback!

Beware of Caller ID Spoofing
Caller ID Spoofing occurs when someone falsifies the information sent to your caller ID display to disguise their identity. That false information might look like a Jeffco phone number (e.g. 303-982-XXXX) on your caller ID. The ultimate goal of these spoofers is to steal money or personal information to use in fraudulent activity.
What should you do? If you answer a call thinking it is a Jeffco number and realize it is a spoofer, don’t engage. Hang up immediately! The more we hang up, the less likely the calls are to continue. Want more information? Watch this video from the FCC.
Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month Success
Our Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Month was a huge success. Jeffco employees generously support our Unaccompanied Youth during Sprit Week each year and this year your donations totaled $1,800! Thank you! We could not do this work without you. In addition, our "Holiday Stars" program allows you to donate gift cards so students may purchase items they need and want.
