Survive Summer Fair - May 14 2pm-6pm at the school

PTSA wants to help you survive your summer! Come check out businesses that have summer camps and events for your family to do over summer break.

Raffle: We have some amazing packages that have been donated for us to raffle off!

$1.00/ticket Starting May 6th  purchase tickets at drop off and pickup times, at the event May 14th, or by contacting Sheila Snyder.  Drawings will be at the end of the fair (May 14th at 6pm) Buy your tickets and put them into the box for the drawing you want!

Items to be raffled:

 Excel Taekwondo- 4-day Adventure Camp, May 28th-31st 7:30am-6pm! Your child will enjoy hiking, nature studies, crafts, experiments and martial arts class! 

 Mathnasium- 8 instructional sessions, plus assessment, & materials at the Littleton location, & Math basket including a shopping bag, Mathnasium teddy bear, coffee mug, pens, magnet, kids & math book, math dictionary, water bottle, and license plate frame

Dinosaur Ridge Day Pass- Family 4 pack includes four tickets for 45 minute, fully guided bus tour, that takes you to touch and see the track site with over 300 real dinosaur footprints and to the dinosaur bone quarry, where the first Stegosaurus and Allosaurus bones were discovered. It also includes four tickets to Trek Through Time exhibit hall.

Also, remember NO more loading King Soopers gift cards, you have to register your loyalty card (the card that gets you discounts when you enter your phone number at check out) on the King Soopers website.  Just choose Leawood as your charity of choice.

We need help with a few committees right at the start of the school year! How would you feel about Volunteering at the start of the school year and then being DONE with all PTSA responsibility? One and Done!! If we don't have volunteers than we cannot continue with these programs!

Wall of Pride

The Wall of Pride is Leawood’s way of acknowledging our responsible students. These good citizens are chosen by their teachers for demonstrating Respect, Responsibility and Safety. Students can be recognized for any of these traits during any month of the year, with the expectation that each student is recognized at least one time. These students will have their picture taken and will eat lunch with Mrs. Shehan during the monthly Wall of Pride lunch. The April Wall of Pride Students were:
