Columbine's Run for Remembrance

Columbine High School is hosting its 14th Annual Run for Remembrance on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. This community event represents remembering the past and honoring the future. The proceeds will benefit the Frank DeAngelis Columbine High School Academic Foundation (FDCHSAF) and the Columbine Memorial Foundation. DISTRICT News

Bond Program Updates

Exciting building improvements are coming to schools across the district, thanks to the voter-approved 2018 bond measure! Many projects are in the design phase and will kick-off over the summer. We look forward to sharing our progress and encourage you to visit the bond program website for specific information on projects planned at your school.

New District App

Hello Jeffco Families – Below is some information on a great new way to share flyers & stay informed, plus reminders on the community survey and budget meetings.

Peachjar

On April 2, Jeffco Public Schools will begin using Peachjar, a new digital flyer communication tool.  To view school-approved digital flyers, simply click the peach icon, located near social media icons on the district website as well as all school website homepages.

This “green” initiative will save our schools paper and reduce copy costs. Plus, posting school flyers in this “electronic backpack” removes some administrative tasks from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.

No action is required on your part. You will receive a welcome email from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view school digital flyers.

To ensure smooth delivery of this communication, we suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Of course, like all our emails, you may opt out at any time. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.

SAE Job Opportunities

Currently seeking fun, energetic individuals to work with the Before and After School Program! We have openings at elementary schools throughout the district. Hours and positions available vary by location. See the attached flyer for more information.
