You’re invited to join the Columbine High School community in taking part in the 9th annual Day of Service on Friday, April 18. April 18 is now an opportunity to make a positive impact with anything from large, organized projects in the community to small acts of kindness. From April 7-11, Leawood will have large cardboard bins from Dream Books located near the dumpsters for everyone from the school and surrounding community to use to donate old books and materials. We get one free large community donation event per school year, but coming soon we will also have a green Dream Books bin installed near the bike racks for year round donation/recycling!

Jeffco Schools and EMS has partnered with Dream Books to provide our community a place to donate new or gently used books (paperback or hardcover) as well as CDs, DVDs, records, audio books on disc and video games that are in the original packaging.

Dream Books funds a $50 monthly book credit to teachers* to use at their store (*this applies to schools that have a green bin located on-site)
