If your student is going to miss school or preschool, please call the attendance line at 303-982-7813. School safety and protecting your children is our utmost priority. We need to account for each and every student on a daily basis. Also, please call the attendance line if your student is going to be late or has to leave early.
Emergency Phone Numbers
In addition, please review your Jeffco Connect account. Some of you only have one parent and no additional emergency contacts listed in the system. We ask that you go into your JC account and add extra contacts. When we have your child in the clinic or if there is an emergency, we need to be able to reach someone in a hurry. Thank you for your prompt follow through.
Watchdog Dads
We still need Watch Dog Dads every morning and afternoon to help with crossing duty. You will need to wear a mask and your Watchdog shirt. If you do not have a Watchdog shirt, we will give you one. You'll get the vest/radio/sign and be assigned a crosswalk to help out. We would love for you to stay all day and help out with different duties through out the school. Signup below:
From the Health Room
Please keep your child at home if they are experiencing the following symptoms:
Cough
Runny Nose
Sore Throat
Fever
Stomach Ache
If you have been called to pick your child up due to illness, they must be picked up from school within 15 minutes. If you cannot pick them up within 15 minutes, please have someone on your emergency contact list pick them up.
If your student has a fever, diarrhea, or has been vomiting, they cannot come back to school until 24 hours after their last episode.
The Health Room is in need of tops, pants, leggings, skirts and any other clothing in good condition in all sizes KG through 5th. Thank you for your donations.
From the Financial Office
Please go into Jeffco Connect to review and pay for your student's fees. If you are planning on completing the Application For Free/Reduced Lunch, please do it as soon as possible. Please note that all F/R information must be updated on a yearly basis. Those who qualify for Free & Reduced assistance will have breakfast, lunch, bus and all of the other school fees waived.
If you have received an approval letter from Free & Reduced and your fees have not been waived, please email the confirmation letter to Mrs. Russell: margarita.russell@jeffco.k12.co.us
