BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL SAFETY

Please follow all our safety rules before and after school:

REMINDERS ABOUT ATTENDANCE AND TARDIES

Attendance Line: 303-982-7813

Please be sure you are calling the attendance line whenever your student will be out. Emailing the teacher as well is fine, but they don't always check it before Leah in the office pulls the line. Please leave a reason why your child is going to be absent. If a reason is not given, the absence will be unexcused. If you haven't called in, you will always receive a call to confirm your student's whereabouts.  We will keep calling everyone on your emergency list until we confirm. Preschool needs to use this line as well.

Tardies

School starts at 7:45am for grades K-5 and 8:00am for full day Preschool.  Students are marked tardy if they arrive after 7:45.

AM Preschool starts at 8:00, students will be marked tardy after 8:00.

PM Preschool starts at 12:00, students will be marked tardy after 12:00.

Early Dismissal

If you are picking your child up early, please call the office in advance at 303-982-7860.

We will get your child after you arrive.

Pre Arranged

If your student is going to be absent for 3 or more days, please fill out a Pre-Arranged Absence Form and turn it into the office 3 days prior to the scheduled absence. Without this form your child will not be excused.

From the Financial Office

Fieldtrips and clubs have been added to some student's fees. Please go into Infinite Campus and check your student's account to be sure that there are not any outstanding fees.

Despite meals being served at no cost for all students, beginning July 1, families need to complete a Meal Benefits Application on School Café. Completing this form is one of the ways to be considered eligible for other potential benefits the district may offer (i.e. fee waivers).

To apply for Free & Reduce complete the application here. If you qualify, your student/s will receive free breakfast and lunch and the school fees will be waived.

If you would like to arrange a payment plan, contact Mrs. Russell at 303-982-7860 ext #5.

If your child has the following symptoms they must stay home that day.

Thank you!

Luana Perry, Health Aide & Lisa Schalla, Area Nurse
