Jeffco Connect Is Retiring
Jeffco Connect, our current student registration tool, will be decommissioned on December 1. A transition plan for this retirement has been in the works for several years. Jeffco Connect will be replaced with an Infinite Campus module called OLR (OnLine Registration), and by more fully utilizing the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
Key changes that will result from Jeffco Connect’s retirement include:
Streamlined external and internal processes for open/choice enrollment
Improved registration experiences with digital upload options for required documents and where language preferences, health conditions, other agreements, and information updates are captured and held in Infinite Campus
Utilization of Infinite Campus Parent Portal for all families to access fee payments, meal payments and menus, free and reduced meal application, library links, and more
Implementation of a new account creation and password recovery tool to eliminate duplicate accounts and significantly reduce password recovery support
