SCRIP Program 

Support Leawood PTSA and earn rebates to apply towards your child's Jeffco Public School fees by participating in our Scrip Fundraising Program.  Purchase electronic gift cards through Scrip for your everyday purchases, or to give as gifts to friends, family, teachers, school staff and co-workers.

2. Seamlessly checkout and receive eGift cards and reloads faster by securely paying online with a linked bank account or credit card.

As a reminder, there have been some great changes to the Scrip program that make it easier for you to earn rebates to apply towards any school fees (not just for Outdoor Lab)! The changes include: 

• Rebates are now allocated to family - not an individual student 

• No maximum limits per family 

• Rebates can be applied towards any Jeffco Public School fee 

• Scrip now accepts credit cards (2.6% Scrip transaction fee) 

Throughout the year, Scrip runs special bonus and promo offers.  Ensure you are signed-up to received program updates directly from Scrip to stay on top of all bonus and promo opportunities!  You can update your account to receive email updates from Scrip.  

Scrip Physical Gift Cards now available for delivery directly to your home!  Scrip is offering a new ship to home option for physical gift card orders.  Just in time for the holidays, you can order physical gift cards and pay a small shipping fee to have them delivered right to your home.  Even better...the shipping fee is waived for orders placed through December 4th, 2020.  Place your orders through the RaiseRight app or check out details here.  

There are TWO WAYS that you can access your 'Scrip Rewards'.  If you want a reimbursement, the process will be to submit a check request form (available on Memberhub or in the financial office) for reimbursement to you directly. You will need to provide original receipts for the paid school fees. Return the form to the main office at Leawood.  We ask for a 2-3 week turnaround time to mail out the checks. More information can be found on Memberhub or email questions to leawoodloot@gmail.com.  OR, if you would prefer, you can work with Margarita Russell (Leawood Financial Secretary) to pay your fees directly.  Please email her at margarita.russell@jeffco.k12.co.us to make arrangements.  REMEMBER that your 'Script Rewards' can be used to pay ANY Jeffco Public School fee!  

KingSoopers Community Rewards

Another great way to earn rebates to apply towards your child's Jeffco Public School fees is by designating Leawood PTSA as the recipient of your King Soopers Community Rewards.  These rewards are loaded to your Scrip account and just like Scrip rewards, they are split 50/50 between Leawood PTSA and your rebate account.  It is easy to setup:

• Create or login to your King Soopers account

• Navigate to MyAccount using drop down option in upper right corner under Valued Customer 

• Select Community Rewards from the left hand navigation pane

• Choose Leawood Elementary School (organization number XH254) as your benefiting organization

• At the end of each calendar quarter you will get a reminder email to provide a screenshots to leawoodloot@gmail.com to add rewards to your Scrip balance

Amazon Smile

Did you know that 0.5% from your Amazon purchases could be donated to the Leawood PTSA?  It is easy to setup >

• Go to smile.amazon.com (note special website for Smile donations)

• Login with your Amazon username and password

• Select Leawood Elementary, Littleton CO as your charity

• Also needs to be set-up in your Amazon Shopping mobile app by clicking on menu bar in top left corner and navigating to Amazon Smile

We are also participating in the American Furniture Warehouse and Burgers for Better Schools Programs.
