Using your iPhone/iPad to Control Your Computer

Overview: Install software on your computer and an app on your iPad/iPhone to use your iPad/iPhone as a remote mouse. 

Your computer and mobile device will both need to be on the district's wireless network for this to work.

Installation Directions

1. Click here to download the software.

2. Open the downloaded file and drag the iTouch-Server to your Applications folder. TIP: Drag the iTouch-Server to the dock for easy access.

3. Click here to download the Touch Mouse. app to your iPhone/iPad.

How to Use Touch Mouse

1. Start iTouch-Server on your computer. It will show up as an icon on your menu bar.2. Using Google Search, type in "IP." Google will provide the IP address of your computer (should start with 157.246...).

3. Open the Touch Mouse app and enter the IP Address in the appropriate location.

4. You will then have a virtual trackpad to control your computer's mouse.
