Delete your classes before you leave for summer break OR at the latest by July 31. Click here for directions and complete steps 1-3.
Once you delete your courses, students will not be able to sign in over the summer. However, if you do not delete them prior to July 31, things will be problematic when you return in the fall.
Student/Staff Accounts
All accounts are created based on Synergy course assignments.
Students and staff are automatically enrolled in the classes that they are assigned to teach.
McGraw only allows us to put kids into your classes — you need to delete them if they should transfer out. If you happen to see students who are not in your section, please delete them.

Technical Heads Up
You can only be signed in to Chrome and Google on your district account and your Chrome Sync must be on.
If you are signed into personal accounts, you may not be able to access your content.
Account Login Information
There are two ways to access your account.
Through the SPS Portal, by clicking the ConnectED icon in the SPS Portal or through Google (see below).
Signing in Through Google
Log into Google
Go to Google Drive or Google Docs and Click the TILES to see your list of apps
You will see your list of apps as shown in the adjacent image.
Click the MORE option and click on the McGraw-Hill icon.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE McGraw-Hill icon, log out of all other Chrome accounts and try again.
