REQUIRED: Beginning of the Year Process

1. If you have classes from last year, please be sure to delete them.

2. You must set up your class calendar to access curriculum materials. Click here for details after reading the rest of the information on the page.

3. If you do not see your classes with students enrolled (as shown here), please submit a Helpdesk Ticket.

REQUIRED: End of the Year Process

1. Remove Class from the Simplified Login Page. Click here for directions and complete steps 1-5.

2. Back up eAssessments and lesson plans as desired. Click here for directions.

3. Delete your classes before you leave for summer break OR at the latest by July 31. 

Once you delete your courses, students will not be able to sign in over the summer. However, if you do not delete them prior to July 31, things will be problematic when you return in the fall.

Student/Staff Accounts

All accounts are created based on Synergy course assignments. 

Students and staff are automatically enrolled in the classes that they are assigned to teach.

McGraw only allows us to put kids into your classes  — you need to delete them if they should transfer out. If you happen to see students who are not in your section, please delete them.
