Grades by Group — Admin Report

Staff with TeacherVUE access can access a list of students' current grades by Group. This feature is available to all teachers, counselors, and principals. 

Non-Teachers — 

You will need to open the Grade Book Admin Login (Synergy SIS/Grade Book/Grade Book Admin Login).

For staff who are not classroom teachers, you will need to select the correct settings — year, enrollment period, and grading period.

Please read the entire set of directions before using this Admin Report.

Directions

Step 1: Navigate to Report Card/Admin Reports and select the Current Grades by Group or Grades by Group All Terms @ All Schools report.

Step 2: This report requires that you search by group name. Enter the name of the Group

TIP: Use the wildcard character, %, to complete your search —  this is especially helpful when you do not know the exact name of a group. For example:

Steps 3-4 are optional, but will help you to sort your data as needed.

Step 3: If you are using the Grades — All Terms @ All Schools report, enter the Grading Period of interest into the Grading Period column header.

Step 4: Rows can be sorted by clicking on a column header as needed.

Sorting by Student

Drag the column header to the "group by" box area to organize data as needed. Dragging the STUDENT or STUDENTID header will result in listing each student with the D/F grades clustered together, which is is helpful when printing the report.

Click the "+" button next to each student to see the list of class grades.

Printing

Data can be downloaded for printing by using the XLS or PDF buttons. For best results, use the XLS format.
