i-Ready for School Administrators & Specialists

Overview

There are (2) kind of accounts in iReady: Teacher/Administrator.

School Admin accounts = people who are not assigned to teach a class in Synergy

Teacher accounts = people who are assigned to teach a class in Synergy

If teachers need access to student data for a specific group of students who are not in their class in Synergy, the can either be assigned as a second teacher on a class in Synergy or assigned to a Report Group in i-Ready.

School Admin Accounts

School Admin accounts are reserved for people who are not and will not be assigned to teach a class in Synergy.

Principals may request a school admin account for anyone who is not assigned to teach a class in Synergy by submitting a Web HelpDesk ticket. Clearly indicate their role in your request.  See the Requesting School Admin Accounts section below for details.

Special Note for Middle Schools

All middle school teachers are assigned "teacher" accounts in iReady. If a teacher needs access to students who are not enrolled in a course they teach, please read the Providing Access to Additional Student Data section below.

Providing Access to Additional Student Data

Anyone assigned to teach a class in Synergy, will have teacher access. If someone with teacher access needs additional access, they can be assigned to a Report Group and will be able to see all students within that specific report group.

Username your email address

Password = whatever you set it to. If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password link at the i-Ready page.

If a teacher needs access to students who are not enrolled in a course they teach, please read the Providing Access to Additional Student Data section above.

Administrators may request School Admin accounts for staff who do not have teacher accounts in iReady by filling out a ticket as shown below.
