Middle School Science: STEMScopes 

Stemscopes Login

Classroom teachers can access STEMScopes by logging into the SPS Portal at https://portal.springfield.k12.or.us

New staff will show up in the system 24 hours after they have been in Synergy and assigned to a middle school course as the teacher of record. 

Student Accounts

Students are automatically added to STEMScopes a day or so after they show up in Synergy.

Teachers will need to delete students who are no longer in their classes.

If students do not have access to STEMScopes in the SPS Portal, please submit a Web Help Desk ticket indicating that they cannot see the icon in the portal.

Substitute Teachers

• • Short term substitute teachers may login to the STEMScopes website using the substitute username and password to access teaching materials (they cannot access student information). Contact Dara Brennan for username/password information.

• Long term substitute teachers may login to the portal the day after receiving their Springfield email address and being assigned as a teacher of record in Synergy.
