Dealing with a full mailbox

If your mailbox is full and you're running out of space, you can follow these instructions to free up some space.

1. First, make sure you've deleted everything out of your Deleted Items. Log into OWA, right-click (Control Click with a Mac) on the Deleted Items folder and select Empty Folder.

Note: Even after you delete messages from your mailbox, they will still be available in our Barracuda email archive, which is available via the SPS Portal.
