Transferring Your Google Account

If you are leaving the district, your account will be disabled at the end of the workday on your last day of service.
If you would like to take your Google files with you, you will need to either download or copy them to a different Google account.
When you Start the copy process, there are 6 steps that you must complete.

Leaves
If you are on paid leave, you may have access to your account.
If you are on unpaid leave, you will not have access to your account.
Seniors/Departing Students
For graduating students and students that are leaving SPS permanently the following year do have the option of copying their Google data (Gmail, Documents they own and Documents in My Drive) to a personal private account. Click here for details.
Tech Services will be sending this information out to our counselors/registrars and all graduating seniors each June.
District student accounts are deleted each August.
